We are the Grainge family our eldest daughter Katie is disabled and in a wheelchair. The Villas belong to Katie as not only did she want somewhere perfect to stay when she visited Orlando but also wanted others to enjoy the villas too.

We live and work in the UK and enjoy the sun but as the UK doesnt have much of it we like to go and seek the sunshine!! We went on holiday in Orlando in 2005 and have never looked back since. Even as our children grow up they never tire of being in Florida.

Katies Villa was the first villa purchased in 2008 and adapted and equipped for Katie's use.  We realised that for her investment to work she needed to rent it to holidaymakers and Kate decided that she wanted to equip it fully for the disabled traveller.  With so much interest shown in renting the villa Katie decided to purchase a second villa in 2009 and she named it Charm.  This has recently been adapted and is now taking bookings.

Sometimes we are asked 'Do you have to be disabled to stay there?'  The answer is no you don't.  Many of our guest are not disabled, it is just with having them adapted it means anyone can stay.

Many people ask us why did she buy those particular villas?  The answer is we love the location of the villas as they are within easy drive to all the shops, restaurants and theme parks.  They are in a conservation area so it is lovely and peaceful too.  The villas themselves are spacious, luxurious and being back to back they are ideal for a large family who take carers.

When we go on holiday we expect the best and everything to be as it is described.  We pride ourselves on making sure that your stay in our villa is as comfortable and relaxing as it can be.

We do all of the bookings ourselves and manage the properties from the UK to make sure that all of our guests are looked after completely, never overcharged and never neglected once you are there. 

However as we cannot be in Florida all the time we have a wonderful property management company called Pheonix Property Services run by Helen and Tom Riley.  They understand what we expect for our guests and they know how to look after our villas including our disabled equipment.  They pride themselves on offering an excellent service and are on hand to help you with anything you need. 

After a guest stays with us we send feedback forms as we value everyones opinion.  If people have ideas on how to make the stay more enjoyable we act on it.

We recently had a stand at Naidex Birmingham where we met hundreds of amazing people and we got excellent support from holidaymakers interested in booking with us.

Because of the success at the NAIDEX shows we will be at the NAIDEX on the 1 - 3 May 2012 and at the NAIDEX South show on the 17 - 18 October 2012.  we will also be at NAIDEX Scotland on the 18 - 19 September 2013.
