Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need including an oven, electric hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer with icemaker and filtered cold-water dispenser, a wine cooler, and dishwasher. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar and chairs. The kitchen has all the appliances you will need including a large fridge/freezer with an automatic ice maker and filtered cold water dispenser, electric oven and separate hob, microwave oven, wine cooler, dishwasher, plus many other items such as coffee maker, various pots and pans, four slice toaster etc. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar and stools.
Downstairs Master King bedroom
The master bedroom downstairs features a king size bed and en-suite with a bath, shower and two sinks. The shower features a foldaway shower bed and level access shower. The toilet has a grab handle available if required. A large walk in closet encompassing a digital safe capable of securing a 14” laptop computer. It is equipped with a television with cable service, DVD player and a ceiling fan to complete this elegant room.
Family Room
The family room has a large L shaped leather sofa with recliners at both ends. The family room gives access to the pool area and is adjacent to the kitchen the two rooms being open plan. The room has a 42” LCD full HD wall mounted television with cable TV giving access to hundreds of TV Channels, DVD player with a selection of various films for your enjoyment. The room leads directly out onto the pool deck, (which is ramped) through two large sliding doors
Dining Room
The dining room features an elegant wooden dining table with seating for up to six people allowing you to dine at home in style during your vacation.
Breakfast Nook
The breakfast nook offers a nice relaxed place to sit and just chill out.
Shower Room
The shower features a foldaway shower bed and level access shower. The toilet has a grab handle available if required.
Upstairs Master Bedroom
The upstairs master bedroom features a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, twin sinks and toilet. This spacious room also has a built in wardrobe TV and DVD player and night stands. The room is air conditioned with a ceiling fan as well.
Third master bedroom
The third master bedroom is located just off the kitchen and living room and features a Queen bed this stylishly furnished room also has an en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, bath/shower and toilet. It also a built in wardrobe, TV, DVD player and nightstands.
Fourth Bedroom
The fourth bedroom has twin beds (single) and built in wardrobes with a TV, DVD player and nightstand. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and wet room shower with level access
Fifth Bedroom
The fifth bedroom is located at the rear of the house and can be accessed either through the living room or the pool shower room. This elegantly decorated room has a TV, DVD player and built in wardrobe. The bathroom is separate to the bedroom and is just across from a very small hallway.
Pool shower room
The pool shower room is just off the fifth bedroom and features a wet room level access shower. This bathroom is the second to have a foldaway grab handle. This bathroom gives access to the pool deck area, which is ramped and enables guests to use the bathroom without having to walk wet feet through the living room area.
Sixth Bedroom
The sixth bedroom has twin beds (single), TV, DVD player and a stand-alone wardrobe. The room also has a nightstand and night-light. The bathroom is a half bath located next door to the bedroom consisting of a toilet and sink.
Pool and Spa
The 28 x 15ft pool and spa has an extended deck and screen, with space to relax on the reclining chairs and sun beds. At night the underwater floodlighting can illuminate both the pool and spa. The pool features an electric hoist with interchangeable chair or bed (You need to let us know which you require at the time of booking). There is a child safety fence in place across the pool deck. The pools can be heated (for an additional charge) during the winter months
Garden

At the rear of the villa outside the caged area is a small garden with a small water feature. This area is ideal if you want to have a BBQ and relax with the family. (Florida state law prohibits BBQ’s in the caged area)
